Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Fletched Arrows Homeschool Co-Op (FAHC) is a Christ-centered, parent-led homeschool
enrichment community. We exist to support families through academic enrichment, intentional
discipleship, and meaningful Christian community—while parents remain the primary educators
of their children.

No. FAHC is not a school replacement. Parents retain full responsibility for their child’s
education. FAHC functions as an enrichment and discipleship partnership alongside home
education.

FAHC serves students from Kindergarten through High School. Nursery and Pre-K classes are

offered only for younger siblings of enrolled students.

Students are placed by age as of August 31, not academic ability. This supports maturity

alignment, consistency, and community across age groups.

  • Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential for new life in Christ
  • Repentance involves turning from sin and following Jesus
  • God created humanity male and female, and marriage is between one man and one
  • woman
  • Parents are the primary educators and disciplers of their children
  • Jesus Christ will return physically and visibly to establish His Kingdom

A more detailed Statement of Faith is available in our Member Handbook.

FAHC welcomes families from various Christian denominations. While complete agreement in

every area is not required, participation in FAHC reflects a willingness to respect, support, and

abide by these beliefs and community standards in classes, events, and activities.

Clear beliefs help families prayerfully discern fit before enrolling, protect students from

conflicting messages, support teachers and volunteers with consistent expectations, and

preserve unity, trust, and integrity within the community.

FAHC seeks to address disagreement and conflict in a Biblical, relational, and redemptive

manner, following the principles of Matthew 18.

Members are encouraged to:

  • Address concerns directly and respectfully when appropriate
  • Seek leadership support if resolution cannot be reached privately
  • Avoid gossip, triangulation, or public conflict

Leadership may intervene when conflict disrupts unity, safety, or alignment with FAHC’s beliefs

or standards. Our goal is always restoration, discipleship, and peace.

Program & Participation

Yes. FAHC is a parent-partnered, volunteer-led co-op.

Each member family is expected to:

public speaking, leadership, life skills, clubs, and high school credit-eligible courses. All classes

must align with FAHC’s Statement of Faith and community standards.

No. FAHC is designed as a parent-partnered community, not a drop-off program.

A limited drop-off option may be offered on a semester-by-semester basis and is:

  • Limited to families in good standing with dues, behavior, and community expectations
  • Subject to leadership approval; meeting requirements does not automatically qualify a
  • family
  • Intended for emergency situations or temporary seasons of life change, not ongoing
  • convenience

Drop-off does not apply to after co-op clubs or extended activities.
